140. Love one another, live in Brotherhood with one another and love for the sake of love: Christianity is known the world over as the religion of brotherly love. Love and brotherhood are two of the most important and fundamental components of Christianity and in the bible in general. Jewish symbols star-8pix Judaism: Leviticus 19:18 “Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am The LORD.” Leviticus 19:34 “But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am The LORD your God.” Deuteronomy 10:19 “Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.” This love of mankind is especially true in the Bahá’í Faith, love and brotherhood hold two extremely high positions in the ranks of the faith.
